My Tin goes with me at all time with any meds I take. The pouch is in the glove compartment. I can do 3-4 days with the Tin alone and with the pouch, I can do a guaranteed 10 days. If I can reach my BOB, the wife and I can do 30 days. Everything in the BOB (Medium ALICE pack) is based around the Tin and pouch. Instant Food, Shelter and Warmth allows for mobility while looking for a better , more permanent base camp. The 5 x 3 Tin is Key
