I found this site yesterday. I'm not sure who's sponsering it, But it currently offers a pretty comprehensive list of downloadable Military Field Manuals (as PDFs).

The resource IS truly great but unless one was to print the manuals out, what good is it when power is out and the resource is no longer available. I prefer the actual manuals for my library, which is not online, but on shelf.
