It is not a good idea to make "looting" part of your survival plan. It would be a good way to get shot. Wise people should be planning and storing now, in advance. There will be looting. There will be gunfights. Avoid both. Many desperate people will wish they had. They will fight among themselves. The population will be reduced.

the reduction is good what we were saying is yes ,no to looting but if you find yourself in a hopeless situation these are ideas and only ideas to help in a pinch i will be sitting in the swamp family and wife in tow griping but hopefully far from the looting and killing

The thing about getting those generators from cell towers is this... they are BIG. You WILL NOT be able to just walk in and and cary it out even with two people. Remember cell towers use LOTS of energy so the generators will be big and powerful. But the fuel will be useful.
