hope to get my ticket this weekend!!!! have had my rig for a while have been listening, but I have to work so much and have not had the time to get it, well now the time is right. Wish me luck!
thanks man, I was unable to go to the one in salisbury this past saturday. I am still trying to get my ticket so I can get on the net. I already have a rig to listen with, I am proud of it, it is a Radio Shack HTX-252 2m/440. I printed the handbook for it off the internet and power it off of a 12-volt jump box with an inline fuse. I hope to make a manpack for it so I can pack it with my bug out bag when it it is not in use mobile.
