I've come up with a plan to make an entrance point into my home for my antenna coax cable(s)...a 2" thru-wall tube. Does anyone know if there would be any interference if I run CB and 2m coax through the same tube?

It shouldn't make a difference... The CB may not be as shielded as well the 2m HT so it may pick up stray RF... I have mutiple coaxial cable running through the same conduit no problems...
As for the tin foil... you could use it to shield coax, but unless you ground it at both ends, all you got is a wad of aluminum :) Better to make a hat with it ;)73

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to
beat you to death with it because it is empty.
The faster you finish the fight, the less shot you will get.
