We just watched it again a few days ago on cable. love that movie. sometimes the movies with the least ratings are the best movies in my book.

Great movie! I know quite a few people from the re-enactment world that were extras and consultants. One of the few times the hollywood types actually listened and got most of it right. I wish it had showed more of how it was really an American civil war in the southern theater though. For instance, the battle of Kings Mountain, where the only "British" there was the leader Patrick Ferguson. All his troops were actually American militia loyal to the King.Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.Comment
