One thing that amazes me, when I go back and watch the original, is that, the weapons they're using in this '80s movie, are the exact same weapons I had to face in Afghanistan. It astounds me how much damage a small, dedicated group with archaic weapons and good knowledge of the terrain, can inflict. I realize it's incredibly unlikely, but if America ever does get invaded, I'm gonna find me a narrow heavily forested mountain valley along a crucial supply route, and I am gonna **** them up every target of opportunity I get.Comment
