Guaranteed weight loss for me because I would puke. I am a classical music buff. Country music makes my spleen hurt.
You listen to this one!!
I have 47 times tonight. I friggin need help, and the Guiness is not doing it.

I listened to McMurty. Nothing like some weird 60's throw up hippy singing protest songs with a country beat. I puked twice and listened to
3 more times.

My kiddo says that this song is about the fall of America. Makes sense to me. If you look at the words, and apply it to the downfall of America, it makes sense.
I used to rule the world
Seas would rise when I gave the word
Now in the morning I sleep alone
Sweep the streets I used to own
I used to roll the dice
Feel the fear in my enemies eyes
Listen as the crowd would sing:
"Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!"
One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt, and pillars of sand
I hear Jerusalem bells are ringing
Roman Cavalry choirs are singing
Be my mirror, my sword, and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field
For some reason I can’t explain
Once you’d gone it was never, never an honest word
That was when I ruled the world
It was the wicked and wild wind
Blew down the doors to let me in.
Shattered windows and the sound of drums
People couldn’t believe what I'd become
Revolutionaries Wait
For my head on a silver plate
Just a puppet on a lonely string
Oh who would ever want to be king?
I hear Jerusalem bells are ringing
Roman Cavalry choirs are singing
Be my mirror, my sword, and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field
For some reason I can’t explain
I know Saint Peter won't call my name
Never an honest word
But that was when I ruled the world
Hear Jerusalem bells are ringing
Roman Cavalry choirs are singing
Be my mirror, my sword, and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field
For some reason I can’t explain
I know Saint Peter won’t call my name
Never an honest word
But that was when I ruled the world

I believe that when a song's lyrics get stuck in your head, it is a subconscious relationship to something you've been thinking about consciously...you just have to figure out what it means to you before the song will go away."Reject the basic assumptions of civilization, especially the importance of material possessions." "The things you own end up owning you"-Tyler Durden

So, I need to figure a way to rule the world, then fall from grace. Great. Like I do not have enough things to worry about.
