Do you put the milk in the freezer for a while first? Can`t get any better then that (May-be ice cream )

    Unbelievable or Impossible Cookies

Getting ready to bake Christmas cookies realized you might like this recipe.

1 cup peanut butter, chunky or smooth
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg

Mix ingredients together. Form into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar if desired. Place on cookie sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart. Flatten slightly with fork. Bake 12 min at 350. Makes about 2 dozen.

No flour needed. Ground peanuts make the flour. No fat needed. Oil in peanuts takes care of that. No leavening needed. Egg provides. No salt needed. Salt already in peanut butter.

Surprisingly these are better to me than any other type of peanut butter cookie and would make a great SHTF cookie as they contain protein, carbs, and good fats!
