I recently used my dehydrator to dry sliced carrots. I used my food processor to thinly slice carrots and thendried the carrots and placed the pieces in two zip-loc bags. Is their anything else I should do with the dried carrots?
We just started using a dehydrator last year. I havn't thought about carrots. that's a great idea.
Thanks for the tip. they would come in handy for making soup and things like that
