New seasons doomsday preppers.

So they are already looking for next years preppers to put on the new doomsday preppers. Let me say I want to be the first to sign up. I think nothing would be better then letting my ego expose my family and preps to the world. I would make sure to show all my weapons, food and water. I don't know but I have always been taught to fly under the radar and just be a little fish in a big pond. It took me a year of lurking here before I felt that I could make posts without being compromised. How do others feel about this.

Some of those people are not real preppers because all they did was save up a lot of food. Or they are physic because they feel the wold is a big flower garden and if I share my food, that I worked so hard to grow, you will not hurt me?? No weapons don't believe in them Give me a break and join the real world.

I watched in many foreign countries in Asian and Africa: When the frail control by the local government is gone, then chaos starts. Hunger like you have never seen, bodies lying along a road dead and dying with no one stopping to help. People just moving in a long line from one place to another seeking help.

If you want to hit close to home look at Haiti and New Orleans.

Yeah I would have to agree with all those that said "count me out" I believe that big brother has enough info on me already, so I feel no need to give them any idea of how prepared my family and I are when the male bovine fecal matter hits the oscillating rotor. Not to mention all my neighbors and so called friends who only seem to know I exist when they need something. My immediate family has had a chance to prepare just as much as I have, unfortunately they have decided that having the next latest techno gadget, or another brand new vehicle they don't drive is more important. That's on them not me. The only ones I will have any sympathy for would be my parents, daughter and her family.

When it does happen I have no plans on sharing anything with anyone that has not helped me prepare and I them. I have spent too many man hours and hard earned cash to give it away. Now that may seem callous to some but I have no pity for anyone who stood by and did nothing when they had the chance to be just as prepared as I and many of the folks here on this site.

I know that if and when it happens my family and I will not be starving. I may not have as much as others, but what I do have will keep us alive, protected, and ready for almost any contingency that would arise. I like keeping a low profile or as others put it "under the radar". I believe in safety in numbers, but all bets are off when it comes to survival. People nowadays kill others just for the shoes on their feet or the coat on their back, imagine how it will be when they realize the money in their bank account will be nothing more than tinder to start a fire. I'm far from being an extremist, I am a realist. I do not walk through life with blinders on.

Well what can I add to any of the posts, except that I agree100%. The funny part was when my 8yr old grandson watching the show saw the advertisement for next seasons preppers & he said "yeah gram gram, we will be right on that! What idiots!" I almost fell off the sofa laughing, he said what I was thinking. So if an 8 yr old knows the ramifications of exposing your hard earned preps, what does that tell ya? (besides that the young ones do listen even when we think they aren't)

Agree with your comments on staying below the radar. I'll bet David Sarti thinks differently about his being on the program since they declared him mentally defective and took his guns away. I figure that enough people as it is know about me and my "crazy prepping"... don't need to show the whole country!
