Man, there is something about this story that just reeks "only in San Francisco"

        1. Name of the "Victim" Harmony Bates (No Hippy name there)
        2. Victims occupation " personal chef and dancer "
        3. Place where the victim shopped. "weekly trip to Whole Foods"
        4. Victims vehicle "her cherished Volkswagen van" (I see peace signs on it)
        5. Official police Policy "Police usually tell people not to fight back"
        6. Assailants vehicle "black 2008 Subaru Outback" (Subaru is voted the "gayest" car in America"
        7. Police can't find the guy, but do have his Lic Plate.
        8. Assailants description "a dark beanie cap and black pants, with his hair in twists" (Wearing a beanie cap in Texas is grounds to get your ass kicked)
        9. Even with a description of the guy, description of the vehicle and a License plate number, the police say "If they catch this guy"

Yep, San Francisco or somewhere near there. Its gotta be.
