If you are familiar with the Cloward-Piven plan, you know that this is the tipping point.

They wanted to overwhelm the system with welfare requests/demands so it (the system) would collapse. They could then introduce their socialist paradise to a country full of hungry and out-of-work men.

This article may foretell (without saying so) the end of our system as it exists. It asks some good questions.

I would note that the only reason we are not seeing the bread lines pictured from the Great Depression is because of welfare - instead of standing in a bread line, they use a debit card linked directly to our pocketbooks.
