  • Katrina vs Fukushima... Observation

Anyone noticed the behavior of the Japanese people during and after this crisis compared to the people in New Orleans?

I've NOT seen news of looters, crime, rape, or shooting attempts on rescuers in Japan.

There were reports *gasp* of people siphoning gasoline out of the destroyed cars.

The Japanese still have something we've lost - honor.
