I agree totaly, there are some people that are born criminals and can never stop being what they are!
I read an interesting book on this subject called "Evile Genes" that recounts case studies and ground breaking research into genetics, disease and pre-natal substance abuse trying to explain why some ppl are so screwed-up on a organic level.
I believe we have a perfect example of such biologicaly driven behavior in the WH. Oh, and Hitler of course.

Not sure if I spelled the name right. I worked at a ranch group home for 6+ years and this was required reading for all staff members.
This Dr and his partner did a many year long study on carreer criminals. In a nutshell his conclusions were that most criminals have a different thought procces or brain function than "normal" people. A good example, He showed a convicted rapist a pair of rubber gloves. Now you or I would think they are good for cleaning when using solvent etc. or keeping your hands clean and dry or even blow them up like a ballon for the kids. The convicted rapist thought he could wear these so he would not leave fingerprints or DNA. You or I see a hammer as a tool to drive nails etc. The criminal sees a weapon to bash skulls or break a window. There is a lot more insight than I can post here.
I highly reccomend you read this book if you get the chance. Know your enemy.
