Thought this story was a good reminder of what civil unrest looks like. This is a pretty minor case with only 30,000 mostly sane reasonable people. Imagine how this situation would look when 100,000 people haven't had any food, water, or power for a week.

Ya, that's what I was thinking as well. Not to point any fingers, but with things (economy) the way they are, you'd think the organizers might have decentralized the form handout station from one to several.
