And today the flaws in our justice system have shown their ugly heads. A violent sex offender and criminal posted out on a pathetic bail.. denial by the ex-governor who helped set him free, and more coverage on weather ***** Tiger Woods had a domestic dispute with his wife. That judge is sickening.. I hope that true justice is served on the offender still at large.

While I sit here and watch a pill popper get charged with a felony in Oregon for "altering a prescription".....our justice system is more than broken...it's severely retarded......"I Have Sworn Upon the Altar of God eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man." -Thomas Jefferson

Funny thing is not ONE organization has cited it as a racial hate crime because it was black on white. Let's change the scenario, what if the cops saw his gun and took him out before he got a shot off.. Then Jesse Jackson would be on every news station and the cops would be out of a job. Sadly the public that persecutes their law enforcement will one day realize what wolves they keep at bay when they are no longer standing guard to protect them.

I'm reminded of a recent incident in my personal life in which I was handcuffed and had to post bail because I bloodied a LEO who thought he was above thel law....I plan on having my bail $$ remunerated and seeing an opening in the local PD payroll...end result: I'm exonerated, yes, but the friction between myself and the local PD gets a bit more viscous...even though I was clearly in the right...this is one reason people with "no other means of justice" pick up a gun...if I couldn't afford a legal attack dog, I'd be facing prison time, I'm sure, and that ass would still be fondling other people's wives and hiding behind his "Eloi" status.....
Add to that an Eagle scout possibly losing a West Point bid because he brought a tool to school, and a Cub scout facing suspension over a mess kit...a f*ckin' 8y/o suspended for a 1" long GI Joe plastic pistol....and people wonder why the enforcers are getting shite on......
Cops need to stand up and say ENOUGH! We won't enforce this BULLSH*T......then you'd see some reciprocal respect......
Try emptying the jails of all non-violent offenders....try not arresting people because they think you're an asshole and aren't afraid to say it....stop writing my f*ckin' GRANDPA speeding tickets for 3 over the limit....
On the other hand, make it very hard to be a gangster or a dickwad...let folks deal with thugs themselves...the only reason people are afraid to stand up is because they're wary of reprisal...not from the thugs, but from the law....can't tell you how many puinks still have their teeth because I just didn't want the hassle of dealing with "guilty until proven innocent" cops....."I Have Sworn Upon the Altar of God eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man." -Thomas Jefferson

Well said BS. And I appreciate this forum not getting into cop bashing as they did on Above Top Secret. It's a sad day with even sadder days to come. I am afraid that there will come a day when cop killing will be the trendy thing to do. At that time I will take off my badge and become a private citizen with the right to defend myself without fear of judgement.

I often frequent lakewood, where this travesty took place. I go there periodically for the Army/Air Force surplus stores since that area not only has McCord AFB, but Fort Lewis, home of Rangers and 1st Special Forces Green Berets. For every one of them, there is some homeless sycopath roaming the streets, and for that I remain vigilant. This worthless toad walking into that shop wouldn't have raised an eyebrow as he would have fit right in with the local transients. Things are getting wacked out again, now with even the recent 9 people dead in Chicagoland. Of course we are hearing about more gun laws needed. He was a felon, and couldn't buy one, typical, criminals will always get thier hands on a firearm regardless of the laws.

Not all cops are bad cops. The good far outnumber the pricks...but, I moved from Nevada to Montana because of the gun laws. For those that don't know; Montana joined the Union under contract that says essentially 'if the Fed screws with the 2nd amendement, Montana can pull out of the Union.' Don't believe it, google it up.
I talked with a lot of cops here 'before' I moved here. Damn good attitudes. Makes me love the Big Sky.

Justic
Justice sure was served. I am glad he met his fate in a dark alley. The world is a better place and mockery that would have been his trial would have definitely been a circus. If it was only that easy on all these cases. I think Huckabee should take some damn responsibility but he is a politician so we can only expect so much! I would attribute the cops theory some of you have to the biker theory that exists. 99% of bikers are motorcycle riders, responsible riders, and avid participants in a motorcycle lifestyle. 1% of the bikers are gang members, drug traffickers, etc. They give the other 99% a bad name. Same goes for cops. 99% want to do the right thing, are not on a power trip, and truly care about their job. There is the 1% that are on a power trip, have no true respect for the law, and have a chip on their shoulder. Just try to keep that in perspective and remember that other 99% keep the wolves at bay.
