That's one of the articles. It's on the Ron Pauls site and many others, as well as being in the news. It's a complete violation of rights and I can practically hear the law suits now. I believe that there is an "out" and that is through religious beliefs.
My daughter in Vermont says that kids can't attand school or day care without it next fall. In some places they are having shots given to the kids in school. I think I read this morning that NJ is going to push through a similar law.
We have no rights any more.

Yes....at my house it'll happen once....the time is drawing near. People have forgotten the origin of our bill of rights.....this was / is, we the people's declaration to the body of those we elect to administer to our society, not to bother to attempt to legislate otherwise....ever so slowly the established governing body has done just that. Now unfettered, this body has given itself the right to enter our homes with force???? The time is near indeed.

I was telling my husband about a new law that our state just passed. He's working on a ship project right now, which means that he doesn't read things unless I tell him. As I was telling him about the Cap&Trade, he was looking it up. Conclusion: it's a scam. Then I told him Mass has passed this flu and pandemic law. When he looked it up, he hit the roof! Get this:
They can and have mandated that you take a flu shot.
They are setting up school programs to give kids the vaccine at school
IF you don't take it, they can come to your house, burst through the doors with no warrent and quarentine you
Then they can "decontaminate" your house
They can remove any and all medicines in the house
