Forgine objects are expelled from the body or encased in a cyst like substance. left behind clamps etc. are only tolerated because they were sterile and the patient was on antibiotics following surgery, said clamps etc, are rapidly detected in most cases. Some metals will be tolerated but the implantation process for chips would introduce bacteria or virsuses and the site would become infected in at least a few children. These chips would need a power source and batteries only last a few years at best pluse any chip's program would be scrabbled by a common magnetic field.

Fellow Survivalists,
I tend not to put much credance into any stories about government placing chips into people, simply because as early as 2001...the Federal Aviation Administration still had air traffic controller computers ran on vacuum tubes.

UBO, Read this article. I knew the chip had been placed in people but this is really wierd.
VeriChip RFID Tag Patient Implant Badges Now FDA Approved re: Alfred Bester on 10/17/2004: Science Fiction in the News
About one thousand of VeriChip RFID tags have been inserted into humans so far; most of the sales have been outside the U.S. See Baja Beach Club Implants VeriChip In Customers for more about implantation in humans; read more about this story at RFID tags may be implanted in patient's arms. (This story was originally posted on Aug-15-2004).
This is just a portion of the article. It's a short read, check it out.
