    Fellow Survivalists,

I don't deny that there are great benefits to teaching children to think of possible scenarios and how to prepare for them, but government schools are not the place for this or anything else that parents want done to their satisfaction.

Any private endeavor that government touches becomes compulsory in either attendance or financing or both, is over-priced, is inefficient, and inevitably becomes corrupted by political bias of those running the system.

For all these reasons and more, I propose The Separation of Education and State as well as Separation of Religion and State. If I were a parent, I would work two jobs if necessary to keep my children out of government schools.
