Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to
beat you to death with it because it is empty.

I watched the following video, and it brought tears to my eyes. I literally weeped close to the end of it.

I didn't cry because it was touching, or moving, or that it was filled with inspirational music, or because people are standing up in different areas of the country and throwing tea into the water as a symbolic protest.

No, I cried because nobody did this sooner. All of us, no matter who we are, has complained about what the government is doing to our country, spending our tax dollars, rewarding the stupid, and providing assistance to those undeserving of it, and did NOTHING until just recently.

I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore.

WOW! It all sounds pretty clear and to the point.

AHH Man! You guys beat me to posting the video. That's alright. The message got out. We as a society have been indoctrined to be passive when it comes to our government. We get angry when someone else attacks our way of life, but sit idly by when we are raped by our own elected officials. Oh yeah, we may rant to our friends and family- at least the ones who will listen- but that is about as far as it goes. Some of us vote in hopes that in some way it will contribute to the reorganization of our country. However, voting has, to me at least, become a choice between the lesser of the two evils.

Both vids were excellent. Thank you

I'm fired up to do something. I will be sending my tea bags to all the appropriate parties on April first, as will the rest of my family.
I have to say though that we have not really become "indoctrined to become passive" . We have become indoctrined to the fact that nothing we say has ever done any good so far! Our government doesn't listen to us at all. I for one, am going to give my all out effort to getting my officials to recognize that people are sick of them. If nothing still happenes, then I will quietly tuck myself away and perhaps think of a change of locale, as America now, isn't what I want.

Ask not what your revolution can do for you, ask what you can do for your revolution.
