The AP reported today on the "arsenal" the killer had at his home....

"The arsenal in accused gunman Terry Sedlacek's room included two 12-gauge shotguns, a rifle and a box of 550 .22-caliber bullets, according to court documents filed Tuesday."

Either my standards for an arsenal are way too high or theirs is way too low...
That AP reporter would apoplectic if they got a peek in my house!

I agree! I have noticed a trend in articles lately with the word "arsenal" in them. I believe that if you have more than one weapon, you are considered to have an arsenal in today's liberal world. :mad:

I posted an article yesterday about a doctor in Arkansas whose house was raided, not because HE had committed a known crime, but because his FATHER was allegedly an arms dealer. Guilty by association I guess. :rolleyes:

The liberals are having a field day making a big deal over nothing. I have to wonder WHY they fear gun owners so much. What is strange is that I consider anyone who does NOT own a gun, somewhat odd. ;) I guess because they have always been a part of my household, both as a kid and as an adult.

If I wasn't in favor of freedom, I would prefer the second ammendment require the ownership of firearms.
Maybe something along these lines
"The right of some citizens to not have to protect those who won't protect themselves should not be infringed, therefore every law abiding adult shall own at least one of the baddest scariest rifles available, if it doesn't make Sarah Brady wet herself it is not big or bad enough"

Perhaps people who object can put a sign in their yard stating that they do not wish to have firearms, that way we wouldn't be infringing on their freedom and the criminals will be safer too
