Depending on your viewpoint, you take a stance. The stance you take on a topic allows you to prepare in a certain way.

Here's the problem: every viewpoint and stance cannot be equally correct. To base one's preparedness on a false threat could leave you unprepared for a real threat. For example, if you get in a basement on the false belief that there is a tornado coming, when in fact, there is a flood coming, you have taken shelter in the wrong place.

There are people who will believe most anything they see on TV, and these are people we need to be wary of. Not because they pose a threat, but because of their viewpoint. While I do not agree with some of the LiberTV propaganda, it is wise to allow people to decide for themselves.

Oh, I would never say people shouldn't decide for themselves. I just decided for myself after seeing the two false predictions (from questionable sources * ) that LiberTV wouldn't be the best source to rely on for information related to survival and preparedness.

So, I'll just keep up the search for better sources of information.

(* I've heard Paul Craig Roberts elsewhere also, and *Sheesh!* He sounds like a whizzened old bitter drunk who's two Mad Dogs away from living on the streets! I know he was once an advisor to Reagan, but how he got from there to how he sounds now is beyond me.)

Don't get me wrong: I am all for being vigilant to whatever natural or man-made threats come our way. However, this Web Site LiberTV struck out twice with the predictions of martial law before the election and Paul Craig Roberts' prediction of another 9/11. Things like this are not helpful to the cause of rational Survivalism and Preparedness.

My father is following the news, reading World Net Daily, and looking into so-called conspiracy theories, and he was able to find this site. http://libertv.webs.com/

It gives some information, in video form, like New World Order, FEMA camps, and other interesting news topics. Check it out.
