Voodoo,
It's like Carl Sagan summed it up in the title of his last work: The Demon-Haunted World.
It gets even worse: In the Eighties and Nineties, there were places in Mozambique, Angola, and South Africa where converts to Christianity burned those they accused of being "witches." One witch-burning happened in South Africa as late as 2007:
South African Witch Burning
SA Pupils Burn "witches" to Death
And yet another happened in Kenya most recently in Spring of 2008:
Kenya arrests 19 over 'witch' burnings

Whoops! I addressed my post to Rusty before he even posted. I meant to address it to Voodoo and the rest of the Forum. My bad.
Please don't think that I have premonition because of that. Right now, I just don't feel like facing a mob of rabble with pitchforks and scythes.
