BTW...this actually has precedent.....Even though I'm sure the sicko did it, Scott Peterson was convicted and sentenced to LIFE w/out A SHRED OF PHYSICAL EVIDENCE, and only a very flimsy, at best, circumstantial case...sounds like a submarine to me....

add the no evidence needed to throw u in prison for the rest of your life and

it's a SICKENING law that should not have been passed like many of the secretly passed patriot act laws.
Which brings us back around to a the heated discussion of the day....Law enforcement...if the popos want to keep their jobs, they have to enforce this sh*tty law, whether you like it or not......So b*tch about the legislature...not so much the cops.....even though they need some better training, as well...;)

I didn't really mean to stir up the whole illigal alien thing. I do believe that a person should be able to sit out in international waters in his private sub, while smoking a big doobie and be able to tell big brother to kiss his azz. I hate drugs and what they have done to this country but international waters are not this country.

I got your illegal immigrant solution, but it ain't PC.....

....Allow the minutemen to lock and load and defend the border by force.....most of them will do it for free, and supply their own ammo.;).....Hell, I'd give up my vacation time for a crack at the border under those circumstances....

Idiot policymakers don't see it as a "quiet invasion", though...they see it as a human suffering issue.

That is not a bad law at all. Maybe it will cut down on the Illegal Imagrants. If everyone knows they shouldn't be there with a van, then then the only people with vans would be people doing wrong. Good Law.....I like it!
