How about since the law can't catch you in the act w/evidence, they just decide you don't really need evidence, after all...so if I wanna built my own personal sub and circumnavigate the globe, or whatever...I could go to the fed-pen for 20yrs for having a boat.......Gotta go with Rusty and Ulath on this one.....more nany-state naziism......

The solution to illegal immigration is to send caught illegals to Cancun instead of just dropping them across the border. When they become a burden on the Mexican economy (is that an oxymoron?) then the Mexcian government will take an interest in stopping them from leaving.

I do believe that a person should be able to sit out in international waters in his private sub, while smoking a big doobie and be able to tell big brother to kiss his azz. That is not a bad law at all. Maybe it will cut down on the Illegal Imagrants. If everyone knows they shouldn't be there with a van, then then the only people with vans would be people doing wrong. Good Law.....I like it!
