  • Greetings from a Hickory, NC FNG

    Howdy folks

I was introduced to this site by my good friend Zombie Axe (see he really does have friends in the real world, lol).

I am originally from St Petersburg Fl and had lived up here in this (Hickory) area prior.

I finally grew tired of the constant “Code Red” settings that were required to maintain a victimless life style. So I sold the house and the business and moved back to this area.

It took a few weeks of getting use to the quiet nights and shinning stars here in NC.

I had become accustomed to being lulled to sleep at night by the sounds of gunfire and sirens back home.

So, here I am and there you are, and it’s nice to be here on this site and meet y’all.

Howdy, Ragnar Redbeard! Are you the writer of the work Might Makes Right? I hope and trust that it was all tongue-in-cheek.

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to
beat you to death with it because it is empty.

Probably Xcoloneros would be better :) Seems like there is at least something to back those up ;)

                              Ragnar,

                              You wrote:

It is a cool sounding name, to be sure, for a guy who meets your description.

                              :)

Still, I don't know of any person of good will who would claim the real Ragnar Redbeard's work except as a truly sick joke.

I made a mistake. The book is called Might is Right, not Might Makes Right. Judging from a good bit of the content of the book, misnaming it in front of the author could prove deadly. I'm not even a fan of religion and this guy strikes me as reprehensible if he means a fraction of what he says. Here's the full text on Google:

Might is Right by Ragnar Redbeard

Now you know why I hope it was all tongue-in-cheek.

                              :D
