I found this forum purely by accident, as I was googling prepardness.

First and foremost, is to thank all of our brave service men and women past and present for your (their) outstanding dedication to their service.

I've been reading some of the latest posts and WOW!!! While I "thought" I was prepping for myself and my daughter, I have alot to learn about what I really need to get done.

I served 13 years active in the US Army, Patriot Missile system. Desert Storm vet, plus two other combat deployments to SE Asia. I've out of the service now and work for a speciality chemical company and trade for myself on the NYSE.

I'm hoping to learn as much as I can and hopefully contribute where possible.
