    Hello Everyone,

    Glad to have found this community of people really taking things seriously. I'm here to expand the knowledge of myself and others in any way that I am capable.

    I want to live a long and healthy life, and I've only recently realized that to do so, is going to take great skills, preparation, and unfortunately some luck to make it through the coming years.
