My name is Mike. I am currently living in NH and working Maine. I work for the Military and I am currently active duty. I am just trying to make it to that 20 mark so I can retire. My background is very colorful and I have many skills to offer. I see there is a thread for that so I will keep this brief. I just wanted to say hello to everyone and look forward to some good reads and chats.

I am new to the forum as well. I am in Western Washington state. I am interested in all forms of preparedness, bush craft, survival and homesteading. In addition I am passionate about politics. I have some practical survival knowledge but I am always looking to learn from other that have more experience than I do.
