Hello All

Well I guess my wife Teach talked me into checking Xcolony out and it's pretty interesting. I have been retired about 4 years now. I worked in a Water Treatment Plant as Chief Operator for 30 years. My interest are ham radio, guns, computers, gardening and cars. I sure have a lot of bad and expensive hobbies. I have been married for 36 years and have a daughter. I have lived in Mooresville for the past 36 years. Life is good! :)

Why do they call it "water treatment" when it's actually "turd treatment"?...Welcome to the colony from a fellow tarheel.

Thanks for the welcome. That the stuff that always flows down the hill, "wastewater". I treated the stuff that comes from the streams, rivers and lakes that you drink. :-)

But don't those other plants flow into creeks? I guess it would be good to know who's uphill of you! I did some work at a plant years ago and toured the facility. Needless to say it was "informative".
