    Hello ladies and gents

    I am from the west Canadian interior and have been interested in survival and preparedness most of my life ( which is starting to be a long time)
    My goal is to be working toward a sustainable, self sufficient lifestyle. After the recession we have had, I ended up living in a small city to find work and pay off debt. It is driving me insane!! The idea is to someday soon purchase a small acreage, go homesteading and defend it against any threat that may occur.
    Looking forward to reading posts on this forum, learning more and maybe even contributing to some :-)
