  • Hello

Hello from central Arkansas, I've been prepping for about two years. The more I learn the more there is to learn. I am a full time student and have a daughter. I live on an acre and we will soon be putting in raised bed gardens. Over the summer break I will be a canning I haven't actually done this before, but I have a great teacher nearby who can help. I bake all my bread items completely from scratch. I also baked my daughter's birthday cake this year completely from scratch.

Welcome to the forum. If you have any questions on canning I will be glad to help as well as many others on here that can food. Once you get the hang of it, it is really simple. Get the ball canning book as well and read on that. It will give you all you need to know to get started as well. I was fortunate enough to have grandparents who lived on a 150 acre farm. They lived off the land and my grandmother taught me to can. Glad to have you aboard.
