        Welcome aboard! Building Engineer, eh? Structural? Just curious, i'm an architect.
        JUST CURIOUS? PRUNES ARE DEHYDRATED PLUMS. SO WHERE DOES PRUNE JUICE COME FROM?

              Thanks for the welcome. The title building engineer is a PC title for maintanance, all though I have been in the constuction feild for many years, did not like the traveling much. As for Engineers, after college they need to have hands on experience before they start designing buildings for at least 3 years. JMO.

                Titles are crazy. I am a Network Eng. that does some RF Eng duties. I am part of the E-911 Engineering team.

                  +1 here....I've long believed that you can't possibly know what it takes to design a structure unless you can pull your head out of your.....CAD.....and see what it's like ITRW.......;)
