scale of survival Foward/Introduction

In 1950 the world population was about 2.5 billion and in 2000 the count is at about 5.8 billion and scientist estimate that the planet cannot sustain >7B. The arab/muslum world is about 1 billion by itself. The continent of Africa allready challenged is almost dead weight now. The US is mainly responsible for feeding and assisting agriculture around the world and if this country falls that means allmost immediatly the 1 billion arab/muslum nation begins starving to death. ( I guess the people who argue us being over there don't know this). However just like Katrina in new orleans erupted in less than 24 hrs I could only imagine how about 30 major metro cities would handle a global crisis which could arise from so many causes even such as economic collapse, war, or 3-4 of our vital cities was nuked simultaineously by rouge nuts/from the middle east. It is my belief that the world is on thin ice and even a group of little situations of foriegn affairs could cause a domino effect that breaks the thin ice but the world as we know it. I grew up and my wife grew up in God fearing college educated families and even now in life I try to go about each day positive and hope none of the above would ever occur. but that brings me to the doomsday thought process is that if world collapse does occur I do not want to be feeling like an idiot knowing there were plenty of things that I could have done to help my wife friends and loved ones and possibly some of my neighbors. This feeling has grown so strong within me that some may say that I obsess. I have dedicated a great deal of my life writing a book on surviving many aspects of what or can occur to change the world as we know it. This research is scientific based. I came up with the word "scientific warrior" I just liked it. There are a million questions I could answer for any of you and I look foward to learning from yall also PHR

I know from my own reading and studies, I would have preferred the era of about 1.5 billion.

I think that economic collapse or even down turnwill be the tipping point.I don't think People realize how many countries the USA keeps a float or a live with money and supplies. And if for economic reasons we have to stop the aid to theses countries, some if not all of these countries wont see us as the country that kept them alive for years they will see us as the country that cut off aid to them and left them hanging. Well at that point all bets are off. We are all ready seeingthe start of this because as the US. economy has started to fail so has the world economy. I don't think most people are ready for how low this economy is going to go. Luck favors the prepared.
