    Christmas presents you can't use or need.

    First off we had a wonderful Christmas. Our youngest Son which we haven't seen in over 2 years came with his wife and their 4 daughters. There were hugs and smooches everyday for a week.:D
    Anyway about the presents. They did very well at a Casino a month or so ago. He gave me a couple of really good gifts which I will never use. I can't sell them without the possibility of hurting his feelings. He was so proud that he could give me these. 1, a Trijicon Scope 2, a Rolex Submariner watch. And another watch that I will use everyday and plenty of Bug out gear.
    I checked out the cost of the first 2 items, and shame on me, all I could think of was a good Diesel Tractor and small armory for us. But they will go into the safe and he will get them back when I'm gone.

    Dang that Trijicon is one nice scope to put on an AR :) Nice watch as well :eek: IIRC that is an automatic, I am getting to that type of movement is the only kind I will wear :cool:

      Well, I got some from my dogs, and the proverbial tie......everything else was nice, though...

        I won't wear the watch. The most expensive watch I use is in the $10 - $20 range. As for the scope I don't have what it is calibrated for. I had mentioned an M16 to him a while back and that's why he got it for me. I'm more of a 45-70 guy, something that will rip through big bones and take out his buddy on the other side too. Hit so hard their Granny will feel it. :D
