Wife just called and said her mom's hemoglobin level is 3 out of a normal 16, doc said 9 is an alert. Blood pressure is 98/55, and sugar is low. They are checking her liver and kidneys, and doing a CT scan to see if there's any internal bleeding going on.
She has really gone downhill with the dementia over the last 12 months, but I hate to see this happening right at Christmas.
