Good to hear it, and sincere thanks for your service from a semi-retired "private contractor"....I've had my bacon saved by the Corps on a couple of occasions...in fact, that's how I met my wife...also a long story.

Beebopcop....the beebop is because I am a drummer and even though I haven't played much lately, I enjoy it a great deal. Folks, My online handle is a reference to Prometheus, the titan of Greek mythology who took fire from the gods and gave it to man. For this act, Prometheus was punished by Zeus by being chained to a rock in the Caucasus Mountains, where an eagle would tear out his liver daily, only for the liver to grow back the next day.
Unbound is what Prometheus became when freed by Hercules.
Prometheus is a symbol of genius, intelligence, innovation, and the struggle which all who have these traits live with night and day. The story of Prometheus symbolizes the natural and man-made threats we Survivalists must live with and prevail against every day.Last edited by TheUnboundOne; 12-24-2008, 07:38 PM."Apocalypse is by no means inevitable." --Jim Rice.

Brosia,
Yours is--dare I say it--a very sweet nickname.
Ambrosia is also the name of one of my favorite Seventies smooth-rock bands who wrote and sung some of the most gut-wrenching gorgeous love songs like: "You're The Biggest Part of Me," "How Much I Feel," "You're the Only Woman," and other songs worthy of a K-Tel "Drive Your Car Off A Cliff Love Songs Collection."
