No offense to our New York folks on here (I know there are some remote and nice areas in NY) but man what kinda crap would I hafta go through to bugout from NC to NY:eek:

IMHO "THE TICKET" is about the only way it will work out and you hafta have agreements with like minded folks in your AO.

If someone 'buys in' to your homestead, then they got a right to it in some way or another :mad: When they show up on your doorstep wanting to live in their $10K area of the property, you had better deliver or the folks that bought in are gonna be irate! For that kinda dough, you need a deed or something... just my thoughts:rolleyes:

This is no slap in the face to the owners of that property and it may be legit, but call me crazy, I don't want in...
