I made fried chicken the other day and when I was pouring the oil into my quenching bucket. I thought why couldn't I strain it pour it into a gallon jug label it chicken oil and use it again for fried chicken. we reuse Bacon grease why not frying oil.
Anyone try this or does this? Any thoughts on it?
