Lets give that a hell no. I refuse to identify myself by what I am NOT. Nor am I intimidated by it. I spend way too much time raising my kids to believe the concept that (for as long as they are actually alive) the only thing they have is exactly who they are.

Wow Mags, my dad took his hat off to you.... Ive known him for 36 years now and thats rare indeed. (Especially since by the age of 35 he didnt know anything because he was old and his life was almost over)

It's not a hard fast rule .... but I generally don't wear a hat .... I've seen a number of really cool looking tattoos but none that are unique to me and if I were creative enough to design my own I'd have too kill the artist upon completion to ensure the symbol was mine and mine alone .... I don't place bumper stickers on my truck .... I've not seen one that says what I believe needs sayin and if I were to create my own we'd need time at the stop light to reap the benefit of it's content .... when I have something to say I will create the opportunity and speak what I think needs spoken and I don't concern myself with the consequences. I walk where I wish and treat those I encounter with courtesy and except nothing less in return .... enjoy the hat.

Most of you, hopefully, remember Rancher. I had the unfortunate experience of getting into a "discussion" with him over my post about everything you ever wanted to know about EMP. Several folks here also participated in that discussion. Thank You for that. Now, I choose to ignore a lot of threads and posts that would otherwise dredge up memories of that "discussion". I have no need for any thread that stirs up the heartburn of discussions gone bad for some stupid claim that I am too chicken to respond. I just accept that I disagree with many folks on a lot of issues and this appears to be one of them.

But in the end, he has gotten me to respond. So, my response is as follows ... " I don't know what your problem is, but I'll bet it's hard to pronounce."

Thank you Mags for being an honest man among us. My hat is off to you.

Well lets see now, Ok Kenno if you want us to look at your new ballcap then u have to post a picture of it. If it looks good and snappy then we can say gee that sure is a nice hat to wear out in public but until u do then Mags gets the votes since he posted like the best gear ever that beats a ballcap.

I really don't understand what you are all about. I am a "non muslim." Big ffffing deal and good for you. If you feel the need to brag about your religous beliefs or lack of go right ahead. I will defend my family and myself from ANYONE! If you are looking for a pat on the back for wearing a hat that states what you believe then you better get in line behind all the other people with hats and tshirts that say what they believe. Or are you trying to point out the fact that we are at war and under constant threat from religious fanatics that think it is their God appointed duty to kill us? I think most of us already know that.

Is the possibilaty of being called-out as a 'person-of-non-Muslim faith' so terrorifing, the repercussions of being non-muslim so dangerous, in a nation founded on free speech and proctection under that law, equaly enforced, for all citizens, such a hazard to prevent you from having even a small private voice in public? Are you afraid someone might demand you live-up to your words?
FYI I am not a jew, I have no religious view, not a Muslim, not a Cathloic, not an Animist. I Don't care about them in that way. However I am not a Muslim and they are the only people that, in the present tense, would kill me, my family, my sister's family, her sister's family as well as my brother for 3 generations, for me saying anything against them.

I am American and Christian, radical moose limbs are mine enemy. I terrorize them. They wake in the night sweating and scared. They will smell the bacon on my breathe! I've been rocking the ballcap, tee, hoodie, and patches for a few years now. Patches were prominently displayed on my uniform and gear as I kicked in doors in Iraq. You get a hat last week and call me out, are you ****ing kidding me?............Piss off!

started a topic Finialy got that new hat

    Finialy got that new hat

For well over a year I have been attracted to a ball cap with an embroidered word on it. Last week I purchased said item and wore it in public for the first time today. I live in a rural agricultural community most ball caps are all about the local HS ball teams or John (by gawd) Deere, mine is slightly different, I see PPL reading the embrodery, they have yet to say anything, the stiching identifies me as a kaffir or Infidel, one who should be murdered by Islamists. What people don't realize is that wearing those HS sports team hats, even a John Deere hat screams the same message. I may be excercising my God Given Rights but I am also stating the obvious. Personaly I'm too old and too cranky to care.
