    Sorry for the delayed response.
I have never had a prblem with customs, I keep the amounts small and pack them with my vitamins etc. I now have a nice supply.

Honey is great if the honey you get is made in the region that you live. The reason for this is that the honey will have the anti-bacterial and any antibiotic defenses from the region that you live. I got honey from several beekeepers about 30 miles south of me.

Look for my link that I posted in Oct 2009 entitled Looking for anti-biotic alternative? in the first aid section. It has several links for vet meds and such. and a link to an article as well if I remember correctly.

Honey would seem to make sense considering that it never spoils. They pulled honey out of Egyptian pyramids and it was good to eat. There must be something in honey to deter bacterial growth. Great advice.

I been looking into this area here recently and i have read that fish antibiotics are the same as ones used for humans. So, this means you can buy them over the counter and have them ready.

Sulfa drugs are still,or were, available through Vet suppliers, try to get powdered sulfa, it can be mixed into salves or poured, as a powder, into wounds. many of the NEW Bacteria that resist fancy anti-biotics have no immunity to Sulfa because it hasn't been used in decades in (western) humans. Check Valleyvet.com and Jeffers vet supply.
