Just wondering if i was the only nut on here? If you have to ask what MUFON is then your not a member. Just curious to see if anyone else is also a current member? I know its off topic.

While your not the only "nut" on this forum, I am not sure how many watch the skies consistently enough to be a real MUFON member. Judging from the shear number of responses you have received from the over 900 registered members of this board, you may be the only one!

Your a nut and not a member yet? You could at least sign up and receive email no need to pay the fees unless you really get hooked

Not a member of MUFON, but I watch the skies (and listen to the appropriate frequencies) on a regular basis.

I happened to be fortunate enough to be living in Hudson Valley, NY during the late 1980's "Black Triangle" sightings. It was interesting.

People need to watch and listen more often.

I am not going to say that I believe in or do not believe in UFO's, but everyone has a right to believe what they want in this country, ( at least at the time of this posting).
I believe in the possibility of other life forms as just the total number of stars ect in our galaxy and others would lead one to believe that somewhere out there is some form of life.

well now I'm outta closet I know what mufon is ,cool i see nothing in believing that there other life forms out there I've never seen an alien but I once saw something I couldn't explain NO NOT DRUNK I was at work I worked for a family bussiness.In receiving where I worked we did just about everything ,one day in the fall of the year one other guy I worked with and I were cleaning out a barn so we could store parts in it. It was time for break so we walked outside,some Geese were flying quite high and we were watching them there was a large cloud floating near where they were headed .All of a sudden they all started squawking irradically and broke there V formation as ken and I looked up from out of the cloud appeared this bright chrome silver object it was flat on top 90deg. straight down then 90 deg.to the left (sortof like a z u pulled to make 90 deg.bends and then mirror imaged it) and at the bottom from the horizontal left pointing piece what ever it was arched like part fo a sphere we only saw 1/2 of this thing and it was like all of a sudden it knew we were watching it and zipped to the right back into the cloud we stood there and watched the cloud go out of sight and never saw another glimps of it .NO ALC. OR DRUGS INVOLVED BE FORE YOU ALL START. to this day I have no clue what this thing was, it didn't look like any of the UFO's they show on the UFO programs but it was there I saw it ,Ken saw it, and so did those geese

I don't consider UFOs to be off topic for a survivalist forum, as it has been my experience that many UFOs are of terrestrial origin. Specifically experimental aircraft and UAVs. Many of the "hot spots" listed in MUFON data are testing areas, or are access routes to same.
