  • Before TSHTF buy all you can

I believe that if possible buy all you can before January, but that is just my opinion.

    - CNN's web site notes that Obama
“Supports extending the assault weapons ban. Supports national law against carrying concealed weapons, with exceptions for retired police and military personnel. Supports limiting gun sales to one per month.
He also was quoted by the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, “I am not in favor of concealed weapons. I think that creates a potential atmosphere where more innocent people could (get shot during) altercations.”
This guy is all about Constitutional rights and States rights, huh?
It is crystal clear Barack Obama is radically anti-2nd Amendment.

    - Here’s Obama on guns and personal responsibility.
In 1999, Obama proposed to make it a felony for the gun owner if a firearm stolen from his residence and used in a crime was not “securely stored” — effectively negating the homeowner’s right to self-defense.

    - "I have always believed that the Second Amendment protects the right of individuals to bear arms, but I also identify with the need for crime-ravaged communities to save their children from the violence that plagues our streets through common-sense, effective safety measures. The Supreme Court has now endorsed that view, and while it ruled that the D.C. gun ban went too far, Justice Scalia himself acknowledged that this right is not absolute and subject to reasonable regulations enacted by local communities to keep their streets safe. Today's ruling, the first clear statement on this issue in 127 years, will provide much-needed guidance to local jurisdictions across the country.
"As President, I will uphold the constitutional rights of law-abiding gun-owners, hunters, and sportsmen. I know that what works in Chicago may not work in Cheyenne. We can work together to enact common-sense laws, like closing the gun show loophole and improving our background check system, so that guns do not fall into the hands of terrorists or criminals. Today's decision reinforces that if we act responsibly, we can both protect the constitutional right to bear arms and keep our communities and our children safe."

    - Most recently, Obama has said unequivocally that he opposes concealed carry permits, currently available, with no arbitrary denial, in 39 states.

Been trying to get my Ducks in row since the first AWB expired in '04. I remember they wanted something like $120 for a 12 round mag for an H&K USP I was enamored with @ the time. Just bought 10 rounders instead. I swore that if it expired... I would not be caught with my pants down again.

I agree, get whatever it is while you still can... Tick, Tock Tick, Tock, Tick Tock:(

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to
beat you to death with it because it is empty.

The faster you finish the fight, the less shot you will get.

From the recent news broadcasts PPL are buying record amounts of guns. I seem to remember this happening several times in the last several decades since the 1970's. Makes me wonder where all these (leagle) guns are going? I mean for this many guns to be sold over the decades even Liberals would have to be stock piling weapons.

I've wondered the same thing Kenno. Man there must be TONS of guns buried either figuratively in closets or literally. The prices are just crazy right now.

Now I've got to start all over again. Our recent move involved taking a ferry across a deep lake. Wouldn't you know it, the boxes containing our guns and ammo were accidentally knocked overboard. Everything else made it just fine.

I would honestly like to see what those in D.C. would do if, say, 1000 people armed to the hilt with "legal" guns and ammo decided one day to wander around the white house.

It's not a crime until you point it at something.

i really think the secret service would frown upon that Visensdrops (WH is a nogo for Concealed weapons im sure, but i do wonder if it has placards).

Ive really thought about this lately and have come to the decision that Obama prolly wont do anything about guns/ammo for a while, he'll have too much on his plate with the economy first.

I really have to wonder about Big O, and who is pulling his strings. For a person over 40 years old he seems to be very unsure of who he is. One day he is a "Radical Leftist" the next he is "Middle Class" and the next he is a "Totalitarianist". If Taliban Johnny were to run for office I'd expect him to act this way.
With the economy the way it is and with tax hikes being a death sentance to his second term (Hillary is not going to give-up her 'Birth-Right' easily, she will be working for his early political demise) he might very well talk several Supreme Court Justices into retirement, replace them with young commie lawers and declare war on 'Racist Rednecks' and thier guns, as a way of diverting his followers attention from his failure to deliver on ANY of his promises.

This seems like the thread to ask a question that I have. Can I post a gun for sale here??
