A hunting season question

A few years back I was traveling in Michigan during hunting (deer) season. As I drove along the interstate I was amazed to see large billboards advertising firearms, ammunition and the stores where they could be purchased. Up untill that point in my life I had never seen such a thing and I have done alot of traveling! I can safely swear that you will never see such billboards anywhere in Kalifornia, Orygun, Wahsyton, AZ and possibly NV.
Idaho, Whyoming and Montana may be exceptions, these states seem to have ignored the Liberal anti-hunting agenda since hunting brings in alot of molah to the state's coffers.
So the question I have is; Do you see such advertisements in your backyard? Is it a common thing?

Come to Texas. A lot of places advertise on the radio and TV in the bigger cities. We take our rights ver seriously down here.

the only ads ive seen have been from places like "Gander Mt", "Bass Pro" and "Dicks" but that about it.

I have been blessed to live in the great state of Montana USA. Hunting and firearms are as common as peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in a grade school sack lunch. (Feel free to use that analogy, I am pretty proud of that one.) A few years ago they extended deer and elk season to the weekend following Thanksgiving so parents could spend more time hunting with their kids. We see signs on the road, ads in the newspapers and they even have guns on sale occasionally. Gun shows are also a common occurence. God Bless Montana.

I'm blessed to have spent my whole life here in beautiful Michigan. Yep, guns are big here, and opening day is Monday! Hurray! Need to get some meat in the freezer.

Back when I lived in Michigan, schools closed down for the first week of the season. The second week we hunted in the morning, went to school, then hunted in the afternoon.

yes by god we do here in SOUTH CAROLINA we got the longest deer season and the best hawgs around we all advertise guns god bullets and whiskey
