I got a new job!!!!

I have been looking for a new line of employment that would keep me close to the house for sometime now,otr truck driver kept me gone too long.Back in june i applied to a temp agency for a position at a now local gun manufacturer(PARA Inc.).I was sitting at home last week with the truck in the repair shop(needs a rebuild on the motor,only had the lease for 2 months)and decided to inquire about any open positions available.To my surprise i was asked to be in the office the following day at 11am for an interview,and to have enough time for a second interview at the manufacturing facility(HOT DOG,gonna make guns for a living!!!).Well,i won't be starting out as an assembler(darn),but i will be making small parts and have the opportunity to cross train into an assemblers position.After beating my head against the wall for the last 2 years out on the road i'm glad to finally be back close to the house.I can now work on all the projects that have been lagging behind because i'm never at home.:cool:
