Where I work they are just nuts for this guy. Savior, Messiah, What ever....
It is making me sick today.
Plus our Gov. here in Illinois (another corrupt one I'm sure) is planning on cutting all the funding for the Substance Abuse Centers, Mental Health Centers. Nuts! They did that once a few years back. Just opened the doors of the Mental hospitals and put everyone out. It was insane. I'm not kidding.
So anyway, all these people around here are running around "sign this, call him, " Take this survey.......NOT! They all are nuts. I know I could very possibly lose my job here because of this and I don't know if I really care. I care, I just don't. That doesn't sound right.
oh well. I don't want my taxes raised again. I guess I could just let the government take care of me.

I hear you. I don't watch TV at all, but today was in the tire shop getting a quote and the noon news was on. It was one story and comment after another about how 'wonderful' awesome' Obama was. All the god like things he is doing for this country. Seemed every reporter or citizen interviewed were so giddy over him that I am surprised they could keep from wetting thier pants. I don't think there is going to be a 2012 election. America Duped...The last elected - By brain dead Americans - president of America.

I'm very lucky in that I have yet to hear anyone say something like that in front of me. I don't think I would be able to keep quiet if I did!

PLEASE keep in mind that most of the media have their lips firmly attached to his.... butt.

If you look at VOTING America, less than half of them voted in the last election, they couldn't stand McCain. Slightly more than half of those who did are the ones who elected the asshat. That doesn't make a very large percentage of the population who elected him. It has also been estimated that inner city counts were padded by as much as TEN PERCENT by ACORN and like-minded idiots.

Remember the "big lie" from Nazi Germany - if you tell a lie often enough it becomes the truth". This is why we heard, during George Bush's admin, "This is the worst economy in 50 years!!!". But don't hear a word now. Unemployment under Bush never hit more than 5% and only a month or two for that. It's now approaching 20% (if you look at the dept of labor numbers, NOT what the media is shoveling!).

They WANT to instill the mindset that he walks on water. Pretty soon, if enough people hear the big lie often enough, they actually start to wonder if there is something wrong with them. THOSE will stay home in the next election.

My friend confessed to me that she had voted for him , because she "wanted to be a part of history", but hates what he's doing to us. She was polled recently and told them that she loves him - she didn't want to tell the truth for fear of being called racist. *sigh*

ATTEND the TEA parties, TALK to your friends and acquaintences, remind them of these facts, and by God, get them to VOTE next time.

I read this and thought it was so good that I sent it to almost all of my address list, with a reminder that they should think carefully and not vote for the "lesser of two evils". I told them to pass it on, so I'm hoping that even ONE person will not vote in an incumbent!

            545 PEOPLE

            By Charlie Reese

Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them...

Have you ever wondered if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does.

You and I don't have the Constitutional

authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country..

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.

What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits. The president can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes.

Who is the speaker of the House? Nancy Pelosi. She is the leader of

the majority party. She and fellow House members, not the president, can

approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass

it over his veto if they agree to.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million can not replace 545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red .

If the Army & Marines are in IRAQ , it's because they want them in IRAQ

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power.

Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists

disembodied mystical forces like "the economy," "inflation," or

"politics" that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.

They, and they alone, have the power.

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.

Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees.

We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

Why can't these people see through him? Would it not be a red flag to know he fired an inspector general at the Corporation for National and Community Service that questioned him about the misuse of federal funds involving one of his supporters? The Obamalovers must be waiting on their handout.

Great question. I can't figure out why no one (except us) is talking about the ginormous not-even-trying-to-hide-it corruption they are getting away with. Their trampling on the constitution is breathtaking.

                Either:
                1. It's because of the media's lip position and most don't know about it.
                2. They don't care.
                3. Many have decided to not play and they are stuffing their pantries and BOBs.

Actually, go to a TEA party. We attended 2 on April 15th. I almost cried to see all the people there (last estimated at 3K), they DO know.

I went to the last TEA party on my lunch hour and will be at this next one on July 4th. I just shake my head and don't know what to do sometimes. It's downright scarey to me. I hate this!
