This is the one and only thing that I can see that he has gotten right. It will be good for the rest of us to "use it" as an example if someone goes crazy and decides to come down on home gardeners.
I certainly hope that lots and lots of people follow his example, then there won't be enough people to try and shut the home gardener down...oh, wait; maybe that will be one of the "make work" jobs he'll create.:p
