  • Think there is no threat?

NEW YORK (CNN) -- "This is for America. This is for NATO. This is for Bush."

These were the phrases that the president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvilli, told me were on Russian bombs falling before, during and after the numerous cease-fires that have come and gone since the Georgian-Russian conflict began.

WHAT IF THE AMERICA YOU KNEW, WAS ABOUT TO CHANGE?

The best thing you can do to support the site is pass it on to your friends and fav sites like other forums, facebook, twitter etc. Let people know about us! :)

I'd sure like to know how the president of Georgia got close enough to those bombs as they were falling to read those alleged statements.

I trust Glenn Beck about as far as I can throw his sorry ass. What's more, even when I believe that he's telling the truth, I still think he's wrong. Since we're not supposed to talk about killing people on this forum, I'm going to stop, now.

As for Saakashvilli: he's a Georgian. I've been around a lot of Georgians. That's an entire nation of people on my "do not trust" list.

Russians "want to kill the idea of freedom"? Holy crap! That sounds just as stupid as when George Bush said that Muslim terrorists hate Americans because of our freedoms--then he goes and ramrods the PATRIOT Act down our throats. These idiots could have, at least, gotten a different writer. Sheesh!

I've been to Russia many, many times. On a practical level, the only way in which Americans are more free than Russians is that Americans can own and carry a lot more kinds of firearms and knives, legally. Oh, and if you incorporate a business in Russia, you have to pay your anticipated income taxes in advance (at least, that's how it was the last time I looked into starting a business in Russia). That's really about it.

As far as I'm concerned, this is just anti-Russian propaganda. I'm more afraid of Bush than I ever will be of Putin.

      Think there is no threat?

Greetings, Mick. Not to defend everything Bush or the GOP has done (I am registered "Unaffiliated" and have often voted Libertarian in the past) but where exactly do you get your information to conclude that the Islamofascists and Russia are no threat to us?

And what's with the hard-on against Georgians? Was it that Deliverance movie that made them all look bad ;) :D

        Mick,
I think you may be giving Bush to much credit and forgiving Putin for real failings. In my opinion only (worth what I charge!) Putin is smart, sneaky and dangerous. Bush/Cheney/Rove are just manipulative but controlled by their handlers/owners. Putin is capable of ANYTHING.

Your mileage and experience are superior to mine here though so I will respect that till I know more.

          Think there is no threat?

Das, "Failing" is a light, soft way to put it with Putin. Vladimir Putin is a KGB man, the most amoral and lowest-of-the-low scum, one of those who do not, can not, and will not change their stripes.

Putin has already threatened us by sending missile technology to Iraq, Syria, and North Korea:

          MissileThreat.com:: The Threat from Russia

Moreover, Putin is helping the Iranian Hitler Achmadinejad build Iran's first nuclear plant, whose fuel and waste can easily be converted to nuclear weapons and will be used against the U.S. and our allies if not stopped.

          Putin: Iran nuke plans 'peaceful'
Iran should be allowed to pursue its nuclear program for peaceful purposes, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday during the first visit to the country by a Kremlin leader since 1943.

A little bit after the 2005 London bombings, I read that Putin's Russia did joint military manouvers with Red China for the first time in decades.

Russia and China: Joint Military Exercises
Many observers contend that the maneuvers were meant to send a clear message to the United States, Japan, and the rest of the world. Comment and analysis from Taipei, London, Singapore and Tokyo.

Now that Putin has tasted blood and booty in Georgia, he's hungry and he'll want more. In the world of today, Russia won't just set up missiles in Cuba, they may set them up in right in our back yards, with the full support of the Marxist-Leninist Reconquista/MEChA/La Raza/Aztlan crowd invading our borders.

Bush must have had his liquor and coke goggles on when he thought that he "looked into the soul" of Putin and saw a good man.

I'm not afraid of Bush because of his ability or accomplishments; quite the contrary. What scares the hell out of me is his stupidity, naivete, and zealotry. The only credit I give him is for being the first retard to be elected to the presidency.

...And I'm a Republican. How funny is that? No, I didn't vote for Bush.

Yes, Putin is all of those things, which is why he is capable of anything; but being capable of anything isn't inherently bad. That's what sets him apart from Bush, who is a dolt only capable of doing what he is told. That, and Putin looks good in a suit, whereas Bush always looks like he just stumbled out of the frat house or fell off a horse.

Certainly, there have been some problems in Russia under Putin's reign, but things are better there, now, than they have been since before the revolution. Like it or not, Russia is getting better while the U.S. is getting worse. Actually, I should say, Russia is getting better, period. Putin is definitely better than Yeltsin or Gorbechov, especially Yeltsin. If Communism was to really collapse in Russia today, the Russians would still vote for Putin tomorrow. That's how popular he is because of how much he's done for the common, everyday Russian citizen. Yeah he's a Communist, but he's the first Russian leader since the revolutions who isn't a Jew or isn't controlled by the Jews. That is why the American press vilifies him. After all, that's who were speaking about when we speak of "handlers/owners".

From experience. I lived and travelled in the Soviet Union and the M.E. as a child when my da was still in the Army and my mum was working as a linguist, and I've since lived, worked, and travelled the F.S.U. and M.E. as an adult.

Here's the thing about Muslims: If you don't **** with them, they won't **** with you. They see the West (U.S., U.K., and Israel) as having been ****ing with them for centuries, and rightly so. If the U.S. would shut off all it's funding to Israel, and western Europe would deport all of it's Muslims back to wherever they came from, and stop stirring the hornet's nest that is the Middle East, the Arabs and the Persians would go back to killing each other in isolated little battles within a generation.

Muslims simply do not have the technology, nor do they get along well enough for long enough, to be a serious military threat to the U.S. They only way in which they pose a threat to th West is through immigration and population explosion, which is something that the West's Jewish masters are enabling on purpose. You can't fight that with an army, unless you are willing to place that army on your borders to stop the flow of immigrants, and use it to round up and deport the ones who are already here.

What Muslims are doing in the U.S. and western Europe through immigration and elevated birthrate is reactionary, not actionary. They view their purposeful efforts to alter the cultural and racial demographics as a means to gain control of these countries in order to halt the incursions of the West into the Islamic world. It is only secondarily viewed as a way to spread Islam. It is a defence mechanism.

Russia doesn't have the manpower or the technology to be a legitimate military threat to the U.S. anymore. Don't get me wrong; Russians are capable of building some cool weapons, but the U.S. has always had the sexiest stuff because the U.S. throws money at war technology like there's no tomorrow. Always has; always will. I say, it's because of a huge, cultural-inferiority complex.

Russia's birthrate is at an all-time low since the industrial age, and it's not going to increase anytime soon. Russia's military consists entirely of conscripts; no Russian citizen wants to go to the army--they just do. Russian soldiers, for the most part, aren't anywhere near as motivated as their American counterparts. They have their ultra-patriots, sure, but most just do their time and hope that, when they return to civilian life, all of their appendages will still be in working order.

I always wear a chastity belt and carry a gun when I go canoeing, so I'm not really worried about those Georgians.:D I kinda like banjo music, anyway...

As for European Georgians: they have a rightly deserved reputation for treachery and duplicity. My personal experiences with them have been unpleasant, to say the least.

So what? George W. Bush's daddy was director of the C.I.A. and look how that's turned out...

Have you ever met a K.G.B. agent? Have you ever been to Russia? On what, other than Jewish-dictated propaganda do you predicate this conclusion?

What you, and Americans by and large, seem incapable of understanding is that Putin is a product of the Soviet vacuum. If you were raised from birth with no access to the outside media, and your parents were educated in a State-sponsored school that taught them only two things (a technical occupation that would benefit the State, and how to follow the rules of the State), and you were educated the same, how much would your opinion on things differ from theirs? How much does your opinion, right now, differ from that of your parents and respected elders? If you don't like Putin, take it up with the people who invented the Communist factory that produced him; you can find them at any synagogue and most jewellery stores.

Putin did not pass the PATRIOT Act. Putin does not tax my land or my income or my personal property, and seize my belongings and throw me in prison if I refuse to pay. Putin does not tell me that I am free but deny me the right to purchase and carry certain firearms or other means of self-defence in the country of my birth. Putin is not ruining my economy. Putin does not send my tax dollars to Israel every year, or use them to line the pockets of corrupt businessmen. Putin does not spy on my telephone conversations or my emails. Putin did not seize my property and my family's property through emminent domain and sell it at a below market value to real estate developers. Putin does not require me to ask for permission from the State so I can take game or fish from public lands or waterways so I can feed myself and my clan.

Whether you understand it or not, Putin believes in strengthening his own country and bolstering his own culture, which is more than can be said for Bush and the rest of the American oligarchs.

Putin has already threatened us by sending missile technology to Iraq, Syria, and North Korea:

                MissileThreat.com:: The Threat from Russia
                http://www.missilethreat.com/thethre...51/default.asp
The U.S. government has a long history of providing Israel with strategic military technology and materials, and continues to do nothing about the Israeli spies who work in the U.S. government and military-industrial complex, except when their espionage is so overt that it's positively embarassing.

Those nations have every right to procure whatever weapons they can to defend themselves from U.S. military aggression.

Moreover, Putin is helping the Iranian Hitler Achmadinejad build Iran's first nuclear plant, whose fuel and waste can easily be converted to nuclear weapons and will be used against the U.S. and our allies if not stopped.
The Iranian Hitler? Spoken like a true believer...

If the U.S. would stop meddling in the affairs of other countries the U.S. wouldn't have to worry so much about which enemy is doing what. Americans are so short sighted. You don't seem to understand that, when military conflict with the U.S. erupts someplace in the world, it's usually after years and years of the U.S. government manipulating a country to the detriment of it's population. You have learned your lessons in foreign policy from the British and the Jews only too well.

The Iranians have every right to the means to defend themselves.

A little bit after the 2005 London bombings,
False flag. Just like the Lavon Affair. Just like 9/11.

I read that Putin's Russia did joint military manouvers with Red China for the first time in decades.
So what? Like China is inherently evil, too. The Chinese are on their way up; America is on its way out. That's the way it is.

The Chinese aren't so bad. Their food sucks, IMO, but at least they know how to punish their criminals.

Now that Putin has tasted blood and booty in Georgia, he's hungry and he'll want more.
The current mess in Georgia is the result of the Georgian military's incursion into Russian-held provinces, not the other way around. What would the U.S. government do if the Mexican military made armed incursions into Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, or California? Oh, yeah...right...I almost forgot... It would do nothing save for sweep the incidents under the proverbial welcome mat that it rolls out for illegal Latinos. Putin is protecting Russia; the U.S. could take a lesson or two.

In the world of today, Russia won't just set up missiles in Cuba, they may set them up in right in our back yards, with the full support of the Marxist-Leninist Reconquista/MEChA/La Raza/Aztlan crowd invading our borders.
This is textbook, 1950s, red-menace pseudo-logic. Indeed, there is a strategic and cultural threat from the Latino invasion, but it's not something that can be solved with missiles or missile defence, or by threatening Russia. The Communists don't need a military action to defeat the U.S. because they've already done it, they did it without a single missile or a tank or a battleship, and they did it without the vast majority of Americans even realising that their invasion ever took place. You're worried about a bunch of wetback pinkos, but the inventors and directors of Communism are already here and they've been here all along. Americans have tolerated and diversified and liberalised themselves right into cultural and political defeat, and all it took to do it was public schools, mass media, and a belief in Judeo-Christianity and egalitarianism.

There's only one way to fix the problem, and Americans don't have the backbone for it.

Bush must have had his liquor and coke goggles on when he thought that he "looked into the soul" of Putin and saw a good man.
                I stand by my statements.

Is there not a form of nuclear reactor that DOESN'T produce waste that can be transformed into weapons grade material? I recall reading that Canada uses an older but just as efficient form of nuclear power that produces significantly less waste material and waste that cannot be reused for other purposes.

I could be wrong though as the engineering/science was over my pay grade.

Oh well, Mick. I guess you'll just have to savor the flavor of your favorite utopias while they last.

As Werner Keller put it with his book title: East Minus West Equals Zero. Everything your utopias ever had of any account came from the U.S. and the West. If the U.S. and the West ever fall, the Islamofascists, the Russians, and the Red Chinese all go down even further.
