they aren't metal, but I picked up a few sets of the plastic ones from Walmart.....2 sets are mounted inside the camper shell of my p/u (I keep fishing rods in 'em), and one set behind the seat (holds my truck guns). I added some velcro straps to keep everything from bouncing out, and mounted them with sheetmetal screws (inside the cab) or epoxy (camper shell) They've been working out very well for close to 5 years now.

Best part is that they were only $5.95/set.

I am looking for a metal gun rack, like the ones for the back window of your truck...used is fine with me. I found a set on-line but $73 is a bit much I think.
anyone have a set laying around????
