This is a double-mag pouch for 30-round M4/AR15 mags.
You will never find another one of these on the market as they were made specifically for my team. This was one of a pair, I lost the other pouch and have since obtained a replacement pair, so this loose one has to find a new home. This is 100% brand new, the MALICE clips have never even been bent back or installed on a rig! Since this is custom-made there is no NSN for it.
The product this most closely resembles is seen here:
The difference between that one and mine, as you can see below, are the addition of two large tabs (for opening the pouch with gloves on at awkward angles), the larger bungee retainer in front, the two separate PALS webs on the back (so this could be used on a belt, suspenders, or shingle), the tan MALICE clips, and the metal drain grommet on the bottom.
I am looking to trade for other Multicam items, or I would sell, not sure what this is worth but being one-of-a-kind and brand new, I would ask $50 including USPS Priority Mail shipping.
